Shatanya Delsol

Owner & Facilitator

Shatanya has spent most of her life living on the beautiful sunny island of St. Thomas USVI her hometown.  She's worked in the Health and wellness industry for more than 15 years. The inspiration for Paradise Divine Wellness Retreat came as she went through her own healing journey. She knows from experience that healing, change, growth, and the unknown can seem dark and unnerving but she's a living testimony that consistently & consciously lighting the path yields results. Shatanya has a Bachelor's in Instructional Design and an Associate in Organizational Management. Her growth mindset, love for educating, learning, and life experiences, prompted her to create a curriculum that incorporates specific Modalities & Processes that would help others.

In her free time, she travels, reads, listens to audiobooks and podcasts, dances, creates, goes to the beach, and spends time with family. She was raised by vegetarian parents and transitioned to a vegan (plant-based) diet almost 20 years ago when she lived in Atlanta, GA. Health and wellness is a core value passed down from her parents. She believes in getting to the root cause of dis-ease to naturally heal the mind, body, spirit, and soul. Given adequate tools, time, and space we all can find the answer because it's rooted in our consciousness. Peace, Love, Light & Healing for Humanity.

Meet Shonda Caines, the powerhouse Plant-Based Chef and Holistic Health and Lifestyle Coach who's revolutionizing the wellness industry! With a treasure trove of certifications in Behavior Change, Personal Training, Fitness Nutrition, and Weight Loss, Shonda is on a mission to empower women to unleash their full potential and live their best lives. Born and raised in St. Thomas, USVI, Shonda's Caribbean roots infuse her approach with a vibrant energy and natural flair. After an incredible 90-pound weight loss journey and maintaining it, Shonda is fired up to help others achieve their own health and wellness victories. With 15 years of Plant-Based Vegan expertise under her belt, Shonda serves up game-changing guidance, tools, and strategies to ignite her clients' inner wellness warriors. Her holistic approach is all about optimizing nutrition through whole Plant-Based foods and functional movement and physical activity - the ultimate combo for a radiant life! Shonda's passion for teaching and coaching women and community health work is contagious, and she's unstoppable in her quest to make a positive impact in the lives of others.
